Still Fashionable in Ramadan

Woman's accessories and clothes are important to bring out their beauty. We can use one of them for Ramadan to show our beauty even though we are fasting. Several suggestion for accessories that can be used are:
  • Necklace
    choose a long necklace with many ornate to make people pay more attention to your necklace. It better you choose a brave color like red, orange, green, yellow or blue to give flesh appearance but you must match the color with your clothes
  • Earring
    If you use hijab/jilbab, you better choose a simple earring that it's comfortable for you. If you don't use it, you can choose an earring like big circle or dangle earring that has same color with your necklace.
  • Bracelet or watch
    Colorful bracelets or watch can be chosen. Of course, match it with your earring and necklace. It's better not to use both of them, just choose one so it will look better.
  • hijab/jilbab
    Use hijab/jilbab that has same color with your clothes. It will be better if you also decorate it with some accessories so it will not plain.

Do and Don't for Healthy Food in Ramadan

Meal box is used to keep the food that you've already cooked after eating when iftar . You can put any kind of food into the meal box so you don't need to worry. You even can choose what kind of food that you want to eat for tommorrow without breaking your fast. I have several suggestions to choose your ingrediet to make a healthy food for iftar.
Do
  • Brown rice is better
  • Make food from beans and peas is more suggested
  • More vegetable and fish
  • Eat more fruit
Don't
  • Say no for watermellon, tomato, cucumber, watercress, lettuce and carrot for iftar at dawn
  • Do not make spicy food for iftar
  • Do not use meat for iftar at dawn except for iftar at sunset
Well, those are several basic ingrediets that I can suggest. I hope they can be helpful.
